Welcome to the Dr Purejoie Affiliate Programme. By registering for, accessing or participating in the programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before participating.
1. ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Dr Purejoie Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to purchase eligible Dr Purejoie products using their unique affiliate referral link.
The programme is intended for genuine product recommendations and referrals.
Participation in the programme does not make you an employee, agent, partner or representative of Dr Purejoie.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To participate, you must:
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain accurate payment information.
Use the programme honestly and in accordance with these Terms.
Be legally permitted to participate in an affiliate programme in your jurisdiction.
Dr Purejoie reserves the right to approve, decline or restrict an affiliate application at its discretion.
3. YOUR AFFILIATE LINK
Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate referral link.
Your referral link must be used when directing customers to Dr Purejoie products.
You are responsible for ensuring that the correct affiliate link is used when making a referral.
Dr Purejoie is not responsible for commissions that cannot be attributed to an affiliate because the correct referral link was not used or the referral could not be technically tracked.
4. COMMISSION
Affiliates earn 5% commission on eligible purchases successfully attributed to their affiliate account.
Commission is calculated based on the eligible purchase amount as determined by Dr Purejoie’s affiliate system.
For example:
₦50,000 eligible purchase = ₦2,500 commission
₦100,000 eligible purchase = ₦5,000 commission
Commission is not guaranteed simply because a referral link was clicked.
A customer must complete an eligible purchase that is successfully attributed to the affiliate.
5. IMPORTANT: NO COMMISSION ON YOUR OWN PURCHASES
Your affiliate link is for referring OTHER customers — not for earning commission on your own purchases.
You will not earn a commission when you:
Purchase products for yourself using your own affiliate link.
Use your affiliate link primarily to obtain commission on your own purchase.
Place an order on behalf of yourself through your affiliate link.
Ask another person to purchase on your behalf using your affiliate link.
Receive reimbursement for a purchase made through your affiliate link.
Attempt to create or manipulate a referral for the purpose of earning commission on a personal purchase.
Using your own affiliate link does not turn your personal purchase into a commissionable referral.
Example:
If Ada is an affiliate and purchases ₦50,000 worth of products for herself using her own affiliate link, she does not earn the ₦2,500 commission.
The purchase remains a personal purchase.
Affiliate links are designed to reward genuine referrals to other customers.
6. REFERRALS TO FRIENDS & FAMILY
You may share your affiliate link with friends, family and members of your community.
However, the referral must represent a genuine customer purchase.
Dr Purejoie may review transactions where there are unusual patterns, repeated self-referrals, multiple accounts or other activity suggesting that the programme is being manipulated.
A referral does not automatically qualify for commission simply because someone used your link.
7. WHEN A COMMISSION MAY BE REJECTED
A commission may be rejected, cancelled or reversed where:
The order was cancelled.
The order was refunded.
Products were returned.
Payment failed or was reversed.
The transaction is fraudulent or suspicious.
The referral is a self-referral.
The referral was duplicated.
The purchase cannot be properly attributed to the affiliate.
The affiliate violated these Terms & Conditions.
The affiliate used prohibited promotional methods.
The transaction was created to manipulate the affiliate programme.
The purchase does not qualify under an applicable Dr Purejoie promotion or programme exclusion.
If a commission is rejected, the reason may be recorded in the affiliate system.
Dr Purejoie reserves the right to investigate transactions before approving commissions.
8. COMMISSION STATUS
Commissions may initially appear as pending while the associated transaction is being verified.
A pending commission does not mean that payment is guaranteed.
Commissions may be approved only after Dr Purejoie has confirmed that the associated purchase is eligible.
If an order is subsequently cancelled, refunded, returned or otherwise becomes ineligible, any related commission may be reversed.
9. MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL
The minimum amount required before an affiliate can withdraw their available commission is:
₦10,000
If your available commission is below ₦10,000, it will remain in your affiliate account until the minimum threshold is reached, subject to these Terms.
10. HOW YOU CAN USE YOUR COMMISSION
Once you meet the applicable minimum threshold, your eligible commission may be used in either of the following ways:
CASH
Request payment of your eligible commission according to the available payout process.
PRODUCTS
Use your eligible commission towards the purchase of Dr Purejoie products.
Product redemption is subject to product availability, applicable redemption procedures and any conditions communicated by Dr Purejoie.
11. PAYMENTS & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
Dr Purejoie is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated payment information supplied by an affiliate.
Where applicable, payments may be subject to legally required deductions, taxes or withholding obligations.
Any applicable deductions will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
12. PROMOTIONAL RULES
Affiliates are expected to promote Dr Purejoie honestly and responsibly.
Affiliates MUST:
Provide truthful information about Dr Purejoie products.
Use approved product information where available.
Clearly represent their personal experience honestly.
Use their own affiliate link when making referrals.
Respect Dr Purejoie’s brand image and reputation.
Affiliates MUST NOT:
Make false, misleading or exaggerated claims about products.
Claim that a product can cure a medical condition unless such claim has been expressly approved by Dr Purejoie and is legally permitted.
Misrepresent product ingredients, benefits, prices or results.
Pretend to be Dr Purejoie or an employee of Dr Purejoie.
Create fake reviews or testimonials.
Use misleading before-and-after claims.
Engage in spam.
Send unsolicited bulk messages using affiliate links.
Use deceptive advertising.
Create websites, social media accounts or advertisements designed to impersonate Dr Purejoie.
Use Dr Purejoie’s brand assets in a misleading way.
Use paid advertising containing Dr Purejoie’s brand name or trademarks unless expressly authorised.
Use affiliate links in a way intended to manipulate tracking or commissions.
13. CONTENT & BRAND USE
Dr Purejoie may provide affiliates with product images, videos, logos, captions or other marketing materials.
These materials may only be used for legitimate promotion of Dr Purejoie and the Affiliate Programme.
Affiliates may not modify, reproduce, sell, licence or use Dr Purejoie’s intellectual property for purposes unrelated to the programme without written permission.
Dr Purejoie may request that any promotional content be removed or corrected where it is inaccurate, misleading or inconsistent with the brand.
14. COUPONS, DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Affiliates may only advertise discounts, coupon codes or promotions that have been officially provided or approved by Dr Purejoie.
Affiliates must not create their own discounts, alter advertised prices or promise customers benefits that have not been approved by Dr Purejoie.
Promotional campaigns may have their own terms, eligibility requirements and expiry dates.
15. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Affiliates may recommend products and share general product information.
However, affiliates should not make medical diagnoses or provide professional medical advice on behalf of Dr Purejoie.
Questions relating to orders, refunds, product complaints, medical concerns or other customer service matters should be directed to Dr Purejoie’s official customer service channels.
16. TRACKING & ATTRIBUTION
Affiliate referrals are tracked through the affiliate tracking system used by Dr Purejoie.
Dr Purejoie cannot guarantee that every click, referral or transaction will be successfully tracked due to circumstances such as technical issues, browser settings, deleted cookies, device changes, tracking limitations or incorrect use of referral links.
Where tracking information is unavailable or inconclusive, Dr Purejoie may be unable to award a commission.
17. MULTIPLE AFFILIATE LINKS
Where a customer interacts with multiple affiliate links, commission attribution will be determined by the affiliate tracking system and applicable programme rules.
Dr Purejoie’s recorded affiliate data will be treated as the primary record for determining whether a commission is payable.
18. FRAUD & PROGRAMME ABUSE
Any attempt to manipulate the affiliate programme may result in immediate suspension or termination.
This includes:
Creating multiple affiliate accounts to manipulate commissions.
Creating fake referrals.
Self-referrals.
Artificial or fraudulent transactions.
Manipulating clicks or tracking.
Using bots or automated traffic.
Encouraging customers to make unnecessary purchases solely to generate commissions.
Any other activity intended to obtain commissions dishonestly.
Dr Purejoie may withhold, reverse or cancel commissions associated with suspected abuse while an investigation is conducted.
19. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
Dr Purejoie may suspend or terminate an affiliate account where the affiliate:
Violates these Terms.
Engages in fraudulent or misleading activity.
Damages or threatens the reputation of Dr Purejoie.
Misuses Dr Purejoie’s intellectual property.
Manipulates the affiliate system.
Provides false information.
Engages in conduct that Dr Purejoie reasonably considers harmful to the programme.
Upon termination, any unpaid commission that resulted from fraudulent, invalid or prohibited activity may be cancelled.
Legitimate commissions that are already approved will be handled in accordance with the applicable payout terms, subject to any lawful set-off, reversal or other applicable rights.
20. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS
Participation in the Affiliate Programme does not guarantee any specific income or number of sales.
Your earnings depend on factors including your audience, referrals, content, customer interest and purchases.
21. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME
Dr Purejoie may modify, suspend or discontinue the Affiliate Programme or update these Terms when necessary.
Where material changes are made, Dr Purejoie may communicate the changes through the website, email or other appropriate channels.
Continued participation in the programme after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
22. DATA & PRIVACY
Affiliate information will be handled in accordance with Dr Purejoie’s applicable Privacy Policy and relevant data protection requirements.
Affiliates must not collect, store or misuse customers’ personal information obtained through their affiliate activities.
Affiliates must not share customer information with third parties without appropriate authority or lawful basis.
23. INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP
Participation in the Affiliate Programme does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency or other representative relationship between the affiliate and Dr Purejoie.
Affiliates are independent participants in the programme and have no authority to make commitments, representations or agreements on behalf of Dr Purejoie.
24. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Dr Purejoie will make reasonable efforts to operate the Affiliate Programme accurately and reliably.
However, Dr Purejoie is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failures, internet or platform interruptions, tracking failures, payment-provider issues or other events beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
25. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Where a dispute arises concerning the Affiliate Programme, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with Dr Purejoie.
Nothing in these Terms prevents any party from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law.
26. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By registering for or participating in the Dr Purejoie Affiliate Programme, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
You agree to comply with them.
You understand that your affiliate link is intended for genuine referrals.
You understand that you cannot earn commission from your own purchases.
You understand that commissions are subject to verification and approval.
You understand that the minimum withdrawal threshold is ₦10,000.
You understand that eligible commissions may be paid as cash or used towards Dr Purejoie products, subject to the applicable programme process.
